It's too early say if these are helping my health, although I'm a great believer in Vit C so I'm sure they will. I was however very happy to find this product of a naturally sourced vitamin, and so pleased with the capsules which are very easy to swallow. Delivery too was fast and efficient. I'm very happy with my purchase
