UK Postage & Packaging

UK P&P is free on all order over £70.

Order Tracking

All UK Orders use DPD Tracked delivery. You will receive an email / SMS with your tracking number and delivery slot directly from DPD.

European Postage & Packaging

EU P&P is charged on a flat rate of £25 per order. Additional fees can apply due to Brexit, we ask any EU customers to email or call the office on +44 (0) 1608 659925 ahead of placing their order.

International Postage & Packaging

We deliver products worldwide, our standard shipping rate for orders outside of the UK or EU is £45.

If your order hasn’t arrived when expected, or you have any issues with your delivery, please contact the office.

 

Seasonal Time slots

Orders received by 11am, 23rd December 2024 will shipped and should arrive by 27 December.

All orders placed after 11am, 23rd December will be fulfilled when we return on 3rd January, 2025.
