Wise Owl’s ‘Food State’ Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) is made using high quality, whole food ingredients. Combined in a food base of “lactobacillus bulgaricus”, it gives superior absorption, utilisation & is gentle on the tummy.

Suggested dose is 1-3 tablets daily, so this is a 20 to 60 day supply.

Suggested Uses

Recommended Intake: 1 tablet before a meal, up to 3 times a day, or take as directed by a practitioner.

Suitable for: Vegetarians and for people with Candida and yeast sensitivities.

Contraindications: None.

Allergy Concerns: No known allergic reactions to ingredients in this formula.

Taking to reduce pigmentation. This is the first time taking an oral tablet for this problem. I have used topical solutions and making slow progress. The tablet is helping and I am seeing a difference.
