Wise Owl’s Calcium supplement is ‘Calcium 27.5mg Elemental’, made using whole food ingredients in their natural food state, rather than the usual ‘calcium carbonate’ which can cause unwanted side effects.

Suggested dose is 1 to 2 capsules daily, so this is 1 – 2 months’ supply.

I wrote to this company asking them about this product and did not receive a response. These capsules are expensive for the small mg you get. It is cheaper to buy powdered elemental calcium. If I had received a response from the company I might have a different view. Now I keep being asked to review the product so am writing this up.

Good quality Calcium is hard to find, but I love this one in food state form and it works very well for me.
